We are Block Of Flats, a 4-piece rock band from Porvoo and definitely one of the most interesting newcomers from Finland. We are known especially for our energetic and compelling live-performances. Our sound is a mixture of modern indie punk rock and big catchy choruses.

We: Jonne (vocals), Ossi (drums), Jesse (guitar) and Kauri (bass) are childhood friends who grew up together in a small town called Porvoo. This long-term friendship can be heard through our music and felt as a fraternal atmosphere among the band. After two released EP’s, tens of thousands committed listeners all over the world, this is just the beginning of the story if you ask from us.
Our latest release Flashbacks & Memories EP from 2020 was widely noticed in the Finnish media and the single “Nothing Is Gonna Be OK” was set up on multiple international playlists on Spotify and other streaming services.
In mid 2022 Block of Flats signed with Ranka Kustannus and we are currently working on our debut album and getting ready to hit the rock scene all over.
