SERPENT SKIES, мелодик дэт металл группа из Galve, Sweden, недавно заключила контракт с лейблом Sliptrick Records, на котором состоится выход нового альбома, получившего название "A Claim To Reality".

The band was formed into the the existing set up in the summer of 2012 after various changes of members, names and genres.
When the band was finally shaped the common ground genrewise was pretty quickly found, wich was Melodic Death Metal!
In just a few months a four track EP (Graveyard poets EP) was written recorded and released (no label).
Everything was recorded independently by the band in a studio in Bollnäs and was mixed and mastered in "The Overlook" (Sjömanskyrkan/Musikhuset (Gävle) by "William Blackmon".
The response on the EP was really good wich resulted in the band deciding to write and record an eleven track full-length album!
In June 2013 the recording of the full-length debut album("A Claim to reality") was started.
This time everything was done in "The Overlook" incl. Recording, Mixing and mastering.
The recording sessions took a couple of weeks.
When the album was complete, the hunt started for a label to release the album through.
Finally we have reached an understanding!
The Album is going to be released by "Sliptrick Records" some time in the begining of 2014!
Release date is still to be announced!
