Contrary to popular belief, the band's name is NOT Juvenes. This has been a grave misconception among many since the release of "Riddle of Steel."
Generally, the Latin language (from which the word 'iuvenes' is derived) does not have any 'J's. The word means 'young,' as it is the word from which the English word 'juvenile' is obtained.
The name is pronounced "You-ve-nes."
