The night of December 13, 2008 – a night to remember… That night, DORO Pesch celebrated her 25th stage anniversary with a memorable concert! That night, the “Queen of Heavy Metal” held a 3(!) hour concert with countless guest stars in her hometown Duesseldorf. That “Big City Night”, together with (among others) the SCORPIONS Klaus Meine and Rudolf Schenker the singer rocked like a hurricane! Long story short: That night, DORO went down in history!
More than 8.000 euphoric fans witnessed one of the greatest rock concerts of all time. From November 26 on all fans worldwide will be able to share that magic moment – with the brand new 2DVD-Set “25 Years In Rock”!
“ The fans will get the full package”, says DORO. “This 2DVD does not only feature the entire 3-hour concert at the ISS Dome, Duesseldorf with guest appearances by the SCORPIONS, TARJA or my former band WARLOCK, it also features another 3 hours of bonus footage consisting of interviews, TV features as well as the highlights of my China tour and my 2.500th show in March 2010.”
Fans can also look forward to the bonus live CD which includes 11 chosen songs from the 25th anniversary show and 3(!) booklets in total featuring 64 pages of info, unreleased DORO pictures and more. No doubt: “25 Years In Rock” is a masterpiece – not only because of the amazing cover once again made by French artist Geoffrey Gillespie. |
